Bright Futures for Youth is looking for a Youth Development Assistant, a part-time gig for our after-school and summer programs that can have a life-changing effect on youth.
The Youth Development Assistant, under the guidance of the Youth Development Coordinator and Program Director, is responsible for implementing programs for middle and high school students.
The Youth Development Assistant will lead and supervise students, from chaperoning activities – including overnight field trips – to helping with transportation and working closely with the team to accomplish goals.
The Youth Development Assistant will work between 10 and 16 hours per week with the potential for more hours in the summer and field trips throughout the year.
