Bright Futures for Youth (BFFY), established with the merger of The Friendship Club and NEO in summer 2020, is a nonprofit committed to addressing the ever-changing needs of youth, from sixth-graders to those in their mid-20s, in Nevada County.

The NEO Group Assistant is responsible for helping implement activities related to academic year programs with middle school and high school youth. The NEO Group Assistant will supervise youth, assist with after-school program activities with youth and be a chaperone at activities throughout the year. The NEO Group Assistant will work with the NEO Group Facilitator and rest of the program team to accomplish goals. The NEO Group Assistant is a 10-12 hour/week, non-exempt position supervised by the NEO Program Director. Compensation is based on experience.
